Rental Requirements

All Rental Application(s) must be submitted electronically by click the "APPLY NOW" button in the listing. Before applying online make sure you have the following documents ready to upload & submit:

• Proof Of Income

• Photo I.D.

• Pet Photos & Up-to-Date Pet Vaccination Records

• 2 years or more of positive rental history

• Credit score of 680 or higher

• No Criminal History

• No Bankruptcy

• Proof of income that you make 2.5 times the monthly rent (For example-If the unit is $1,000/month you must show that you make $2,500/month).

**If you have never rented, have poor or no established credit, or you do not meet the income requirements, a co-signer may be accepted.**
