If you need to report an Emergency Maintenance Issue, please call 207-774-1400 and press option 1.

If you need to report a non-emergency maintenance issue, please complete the form below. By submitting this form, you understand that you are providing permission for BellPort Property Management staff to enter your apartment during regular business hours, Monday through Friday to address the issue(s).  Please note, BellPort employees will always knock prior to entering your apartment. If there is no answer, BellPort employees will enter your unit and announce their presence. If there is still no answer, they will complete the requested work, clean up the work area, and lock the door behind them when they leave. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this procedure, please state that in your message.
