Director of Business Development

Nick has been with BellPort since 2018, bringing a strong background in customer service, real estate, and property management. As Director of Business Development, he plays a key role in growing BellPort’s client base and strengthening partnerships across southern Maine.

Nick serves on the Board of the Rental Housing Alliance, where he helps advocate for and support Maine’s rental housing community. He also owns a multi-unit building in Portland, giving him firsthand insight into the needs and challenges of property owners.

He holds an Associate Broker's real estate license and is a certified Notary Public. Originally from Wiscasset, Maine, Nick studied Business at the University of Maine at Farmington and Electromechanical Technology at Central Maine Community College.
