Matt joined the BellPort team in 2015. He was born and raised in Portland; he graduated from Greely High School and after 2 years at the University of Southern Maine and Southern Maine Community College, he decided to put his knowledge and skills to work. He created Martelle Construction in 2005 and for ten years, he provided quality craftsmanship and project management in new construction, renovations, and additions throughout Southern Maine. At BellPort, Matt works closely with owners, tenants, and staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations. He lives in Cumberland with his wife and two kids, Sadie and Crosby. When he’s not working, Matt enjoys fishing, golfing, and spending time with his family.
