Leasing Coordinator and Office Manager

Danielle joined the BellPort Team in 2017. She comes from a background in healthcare but has proven herself to be knowledgeable in Property Management. She fully manages the Leasing Department and its staff by communicating with current tenants about their current leases, processing new applications, creating and updating advertisements, preparing and executing new Leases, sending yearly renewals and handling the move-in and key pick-up of all new tenants. Danielle grew up in Windham, ME where she worked hard and excelled as a Softball player. She was a 4-year Varsity player, 3 time All-Star and held a long Maine state record for highest batting average in a season. After High School she studied Nursing at Rhode Island College and then moved back to Maine where she studied Nursing at USM. She had worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant for 10 years before switching careers and diving into Property Management.
