In 2015 he successfully purchased Maintenance Dispatch, a facilities service company as well as a competing Property Management portfolio consisting of residential and commercial properties. Formerly an employee at Mattson Development, Dan was the property manager for an 80-unit portfolio in Portland, Maine. In addition, he was an acting project manager for the development company focusing on condo and multi-unit redevelopment. Before joining the development company in 2007, he worked as an operations manager for C.B. Mattson, a company that manages 780 family and senior residential housing units throughout the state of Maine. Dan grew up in Farmingdale, Maine. After graduating high school, he attended the University of Maine at Orono where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in business management and marketing. In his junior year of college, Dan was selected from a pool of thousands to work as a management intern for Walt Disney World. He participated in Disney's college program where he studied organization leadership and human resource management.
