Maintenance Coordinator

Cheryl is the Maintenance Coordinator for both our residential and commercial properties, joining our staff in 2023.  Her primary responsibilities include coordinating vendors, interacting with property owners and assisting tenants. Cheryl grew up on a dairy farm in Ripley, Maine, where she learned the value of hard work. While she came to the "big city" for college, she soon realized that at work was where she’d rather be. Cheryl comes to us with over 23 years of customer service and managerial experience.  In 2005, she and her husband bought a home in her husband's hometown of South Portland where they currently are coming to terms with being empty nesters.  They have 3 adult children.  Outside of work Cheryl will rarely say no to an adventure and enjoys hanging out with her family and friends.
